Final images and videos are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or download link. We can also provide USB drives or other physical media upon request, though additional fees may apply.
7. Do you offer any revisions?
Yes, we offer 2 rounds of revisions for your final product. If additional revisions are needed beyond what’s included, extra fees may apply.
8. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Deposits are non-refundable, but we do allow rescheduling based on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change your date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9. Do you provide raw or unedited files?
No, we do not provide raw or unedited files. We deliver fully edited and polished final products to ensure the highest quality.
